Our delivery charges are structured as follows:
Delivery charges are non-refundable if the order is canceled after processing has started.
A shipping fee of 5% of the order value (excluding delivery charges) is applied to cover handling and packaging. This fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the order is canceled by us.
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status on your Hok Party dashboard. We also provide updates via Email so you know when your food is being prepared and out for delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Once an order has started processing, it cannot be canceled automatically. However, in special cases, you can call us at +91-73194 91991 to check if the order can be canceled if it hasn’t yet been prepared.
