Delivery Areas

Hok Party Family Restaurant delivers within a 15 KM radius of our location. Please confirm that your address is within our delivery area during checkout or by contacting our support team at +91-73194 91991.

Delivery Timing

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible to ensure you enjoy freshly prepared food. Typical delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed during business hours are typically delivered within 45 – 60 minutes.
  • Peak Hours: During peak times (lunch and dinner rush), delivery may take 60 – 90 minutes.
  • Advance Orders: You can also schedule orders for a specific time by contacting us directly.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on weather, traffic, or other conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are structured as follows:

  • Order Total under ₹500: A delivery charge of ₹30 applies.
  • Order Total ₹500 or above: No delivery charge.

Delivery charges are non-refundable if the order is canceled after processing has started.

Shipping Fee

A shipping fee of 5% of the order value (excluding delivery charges) is applied to cover handling and packaging. This fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the order is canceled by us.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status on your Hok Party dashboard. We also provide updates via Email so you know when your food is being prepared and out for delivery.

Order Delivery Terms

Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Contact Number: Make sure your contact number is active and reachable during the delivery window.
  • Delivery Address: Double-check your address details before placing the order to avoid delays.
  • Order Receipt: Please inspect your order upon delivery before accepting it.
  • Unreachable or Delayed Orders: If the delivery partner cannot reach you within the delivery time, they will attempt to contact you. In case of further delay, please call our support line at +91-73194 91991.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Once an order has started processing, it cannot be canceled automatically. However, in special cases, you can call us at +91-73194 91991 to check if the order can be canceled if it hasn’t yet been prepared.
